All funds and plans purchased for use in JU Dining Services are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold and meal plan funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate.
Refund Policy:
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all JU Dining Service funds and plans are non-refundable. Meals expire at the end of the fall semester on 11/24/20 and at the end of spring on 5/07/2021. Flex Bucks will expire on 1/23/2021 for fall and 5/07/2021 for spring.
Promotions:
Promotions are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or toward previous purchases. Other exclusions may apply. Void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply. Aramark reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or offer at any time. Refer to each Promotion’s respective materials for additional details, instructions, and requirements.
